In this document we will walk through some of the past work we have done along with concepts for the new Lark M1 commercial and reels. We are really excited about the prospect of work with you guys! PAST WORK
Below is a few examples of past commercial work we have done!
This was a commercial we made for Vivera Retainers that was ran on Twitch. We created a full custom set for this commercial and did a lot of awesome effects!
This was a commercial we created for jill Razors during Christmas. We made. afake bathroom set for it and hired Mrs. Claus and Santa for talent!
Lark m1 (phone) commercial concepts
concept
For this video I want to make sure that we highlight how easy it is to use this product with the phone and to show different circumstances this product can be used in. By showing different circumstances and scenarios it will allow people to envision themselves using the product. The different scenarios will include live streaming on the phone, creating TikTok content, podcasts, interviews, street interviews, being mic’d up playing a sport, recording music and many more!
We will do a hybrid of really engaging product shots in studio and lifestyle shots with people using the product. We are going to be doing seemless transitions between the different scenarios to ensure the video is really engaging and flow’s really well. The video will be around 1 minute long but we will also cut it into 30 second and 15 second cuts.
The style of the video will be really bright and fun! Below I have added a few photos to show the look we will be going for.

For the reels James mentioned that we are going to be doing 5 of them. With each reel being for a different product. Below I have added concepts for each reel along with some examples of what content similar to it.
REEL 1- CURRENT LARK 1
I I think it would be a really fun idea to bring in non-filmmakers, sit them down at a table and put the Lark 1 in front of them. We will then ask them “what do you think this is?”. They will then have wild guesses of what they think it is. Then they will find out it is a wireless mic that they have been hooked up to this whole time while they film.
The video example is an example of the style it will be in.
REEL 2- new LARK 1
For this video we will talk about the new Lark 1. While we are talking about it and the specs, every word said the background and framing changes. This will show the versatility of the mic while doing it in a fun and engaging way. Then at the end we will mention how it works for the phone and then show it connected to the phone. I couldn’t find a good example for this video.
REEL 3- wireless monitor
For this reel I think it would be cool to do a bts of how we got a certain shot. I think it would be cool to do a camera car tracking shot for this. This is because we can have the camera outside of the car and then someone pulling focus inside with the wireless monitor. The video start with a quick montage of setting everything up in the car then it will cut to a side by side of bts and final shot.
The shot on the right is an example of the split screen we will be doing.
REEL 4- 4K wireless TRANSMITTER
For this reel I think making a funny video comparing a crew using the wireless transmitter and a crew using really long HDMI cables to run to their monitors would be great! When we show clips of the crew using the wireless transmitter it will be really calm music. Then when we see the crew with the HDMI cables it will be crazy music showing them running around and running cable everywhere.
The right is an example I put together really fast to show the changes in mood and music!
REEL 5- solidcom c1
I think it would be a really fun idea to do a montage of a crew getting ready and putting on the Solidcom 1 to this song. It would start with close ups of putting it on then putting down the mic. Then it will end with 4 people walking into the studio with the Solidcom’s on and holding film gear.
